Hardly. I think you would strangle a man that tried to do that for you. But also half this crew has no idea how to address each other far as I can tell.

Be sure to whack him up the back of his head if he gets obstinate. Or extra push ups. I find it helps. Certainly served me well when I was... similarly idiotic.

The Garrus Vakarian you know is a little more limited here. He steps too far out of line and it's not his life that he's worried about, but his planet.

Typing like that about myself is weird.

Point is, I'm not gonna stop protecting. But you and I both bumped against the edge here. I've got to walk a narrow line, and I just got reminded the other day that I'm not great at narrow.

Know you haven't let Grey stop you from caring or helping. You don't have to worry about me giving up either, Lydia.

Say someone's cell freezes up in the middle of something. As it is, I can suggest to Reiner that we back them up, then he can consider all that's going on and make that call.
FROM: vakarian.garrus@cdc.org
If I had a cell, I could make the call on my own. Move, depending on what circumstances are going on. I have to wait now. I can't do what I think needs to be done based on my own judgement.

I don't have the resources I did just a few days ago. It's like my hands have been tied together. And there is info I've got from being a level one that I can't share.

[ That briefly wrinkled frown goes mostly unnoticed as he's suddenly bombarded with questions. They aren't even very difficult ones, just unexpected and.. well, he hadn't really given most of them much thought. He's still getting used to the idea of being a leader, even for a group so small. ]
I don't really know about makin' a... a plan. They're not all fire users but close, all but one, the only Longhorn outta a bunch of Leapfrogs. They're all real strong in their own ways... pretty sure they're all stronger than me, actually. I don't think they'll give me much trouble...
[ And even if he did, he's not sure how much he can share with Shepard. There is no gag order placed against sharing Cell details with anyone on Grey, but he already knew a few things about his team that should be kept between them, for trust's sake. Still, the uncertainty of his new role weighs heavily in his words and posture. He grips the bowstring at this chest even tighter and glares down at the ground, unable to meet her questioning look. ]

[ It's a lot of things he doesn't understand all at once, and he's barely gotten started. But he has worked on a small, close-knit team before. He wasn't a leader among them, but the situation isn't as foreign as he thinks. And it's like Shepard says, he just needs to know what he's working with. Except he would tweak that, just slightly... he wants to know who he's working with too.
